Heal Peacefully
In 2016, I completed certifications in Holistic Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and in Raw Nutrition from the BodyMind Institute, and started my Heal Peacefully practice to share my health expertise and personal experience with others through my coaching and writing.
During our time together, we first explore your health history, current health challenges, and current state of health across a full spectrum of holistic wellness. You choose which mode of communication you’re most comfortable with for our sessions together, by phone or Zoom (video or audio).
During the coaching session, we focus on whatever areas are most pressing for your needs; and along the way, I help you get to the root of health challenges, uncover your personal vision of wellness, and set realistic habits and goals to move toward that vision. Following our session, I’ll send you a recap of what we covered, our agreed-upon action steps, and any relevant handouts or resources to keep you moving forward. Between sessions, you will have email support to ask questions or to share new challenges or successes.
As a coach, I am your confidant and advocate. My coaching methods are rooted in an individualized, holistic, and peaceful approach to health and wellness.
Some of my passions and interests include Ayurveda, seasonal living, journaling, minimalism, earth-friendly living, animal welfare, travel, yin and vinyasa yoga, transcendental meditation, literature, functional medicine, podcasts, mindfulness, habits & goal-setting, essential oils, freestyle cooking, and spending quality time with my favorite people and pets.

Hello! I'm KateLyn, your Breathwork Guide. My mission is to transform others’ lives through the power of Breathwork. My journey into Breathwork began as a personal quest to overcome anxiety and reduce the stress in my life, which was affecting me in all ways: Mind, body, and spirit. After years of searching for relief and trying various modalities, Breathwork was the key to such profound healing that I was able to release years of trauma and emotional baggage. I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders, safe in my body, and a deep sense of trust, peace, and harmony. This had such an impact on my life that it ignited a passion to share this transformative practice with as many people as possible. In short, I’m here because Breathwork saved me – it brought me back home to myself, and now I’d love to help you come back home to yourself too.

A renowned master of Asian martial arts, Master Jesse Teasley has specialized in Tai Chi Chuan for forty years. Born and raised in New York, he has studied with some of the world’s most famous Tai Chi masters in New York City China Town, Canada, Hong Kong, Shanghai and at the Purple Cloud Temple in the Wu Dang Mountains, the birth place of Tai Chi. He has received numerous gold medal awards nationally and internationally and is one of the few Americans who has been honored as a Grand Master in China. He has choreographed music videos and stage productions as well. In 2004, he and his students from his New York school were invited to represent the US at the Cultural Olympics in Korea. He now has schools in New York and Virginia and leads classes, workshops and seminars worldwide.
Our school is a traditional school. We call it “The S.U.M. School” to call attention to the Supreme Ultimate Method that is the core of the training. The Supreme Ultimate Method’s “Three Words of Salvation” are: #1. Practice; #2. Practice; and #3. Practice. Through practice we discover secrets of individual and group success. Repeating drills over and over again brings deeper engagement with the movements and the timing. With repetition the practitioner develops physical, mental and spiritual awareness: the practice becomes a moving meditation.
