Yoga for Recovery-CV is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit “wellness community …to promote physical, mental and spiritual health“ doing business as the Sattva Yoga and Wellness Center. We offer yoga, life coaching, youth and adult counseling, veterans yoga, recovery support, health coaching and wellness programs for the Central Virginia community. We are pleased to be partnering with the Mind Body Studio to offer an expanded yoga program. The 2nd floor Mind Body Studio offers practice sessions for experienced students. Classes are purchased by membership or program fees.
Sattva Center offers yoga for beginning students and all skill levels. These classes are suitable for improving physical strength, balance and coordination. Classes are purchased by membership or $10 Drop-in.
