Yoga Instructor RYT-500 - Certified Massage Therapist
Specializes in Vinyasa Yoga and Therapeutic Movement

Yoga Instructor (RYT- 500) - Yoga Instructor
Yoga Lab is an exploration of movement linked with our breath. I encourage you to listen to your breath and body in order to make choices that feel right for you in each moment. My hope is that you will experience that sense of coming home to yourself, of finding comfort in your own skin, of finding that connection to something that is so much bigger, so much greater, than we are. Yoga is not about perfection, it’s not about performance, and it’s not about knowing everything there is to know. It is called a “yoga practice” for a reason... see you on your mat.
I am certified at 500-hour RYT (registered yoga teacher). I’m also a Father. Cyclist. Truth-seeker. Audiophile. Amateur chef. Part-time comedian. Yogi.
